Store Policy

HOW TO ORDER: First pick from a wide range of GENUINE US MILITARY SURPLUS from the US ARMY, US NAVY, USMC and US AIR FORCE, orders may be placed on our Web Site 24 hours a day 7 days a week using your Credit/Debit Card, PayPal.

When placing your first order with our MILITARY SURPLUS STORE you will be prompted to register as a store user.

At Allegheny Surplus Outlet, we value your Privacy so all of your Credit/Debit card Information is Protected via Secure Sockets Layer Encryption and will not be redistributed.

SHIPPING COSTS: Are calculated by our web site at the check-out process according to the # of items, # of boxes and total shipping weight.

SHIPPING POLICY: All orders are shipped in the order they are received. Please keep in mind that we ship up to 500 orders a day. Your patience is appreciated as we are doing our best to get ALL orders shipped as quickly as possible.

We strive to ship orders within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of cleared payment and do our utmost to get all orders shipped as quickly as we can.
 
1. We ship orders Monday through Friday only. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
2. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. Holidays (if you order on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday or Tuesday).
3. A tracking number will be immediately emailed to you as soon as a shipping label is generated.
4. Delivery dates and shipping / transit times shown on the listing are estimates only.
5. If your tracking number is NOT there yet, your order has NOT shipped yet.  
6. Please be aware that as soon as we hand your package off to the shipping carrier it is out of our control and delays could happen for any reason on their watch.
7. Please also be aware that occasionally the tracking status will appear as though the package has not left our warehouse. Don’t panic! This happens when the postal service does not scan the shipping label into their system when the package arrives at the first distribution center. If you check back in 24 to 48 hours most likely the tracking status will update showing the package has been scanned.

RETURNS: We strive to send the best US ARMY, US NAVY, USMC and US AIR FORCE SURPLUS to our customers but if you are dissatisfied with any MILITARY SURPLUS you have ordered, you may return the item(s) along with a copy of your invoice for a refund or exchange to: Allegheny Surplus Outlet, 10921 Murray Rd, Meadville, PA 16335 within 15 days of original purchase (the return must be in unmarked, unused original condition unless purchased used) to receive full refund/credit.  We will credit either the Credit/Debit card used for purchase or send a check, according to the method you used to pay for your order (original shipping and handling charge not included in refund). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was ours. Return shipments should be insured as we are not responsible for lost packages.
