Bear Independent made a video showing how to re-purpose these pouches into tourniquet holders. They also hold a pair of EMT shears. And at $2.50 each, that's far less than the cost of "regular" tourniquet holders.
These are now attached via molle to the outside of my trauma bag. Visible, secure and immediately accessible. Great product, great price!
