    I ordered two canteen pouches and one of them is too tight to fit a canteen and cup. I reached out to them for a resolution but my email was completely ignored. I'm left with one canteen pouch that's mostly useless. I won't buy here again without a fix.

    I was a little apprehensive buying military surplus, having served myself, I know how hard troops can be on equipment and I have bought some surplus items that were pretty banged up. These however were in great shape, no tears, no writing, no holes. Everything worked like new. I would not hesitate to purchase if you are wondering what shape these will be in. And delivery was quick.

    On both items I got, both snaps had been reinforced on the pouch (female) side, which is good, they're probably stronger than newly issued. One of them had a patched hole, which is fine. It seems they forgot to mend some fraying of the interior, especially on one in the area where the drawstring is retained, which was frayed so that an about 1 inch segment had slipped out of the seam, but that is only a cosmetic problem.
    Overall the price is the best and they work perfectly, though you may have to mend frayed areas if you want them to be perfect aesthetically. One of these pouches is functionally far superior to a new canteen pouch found on Amazon, and even if you have it professionally repaired to look perfect is likely cheaper too.
