This U.S. Military Issue Hood is designed for use in Extreme Conditions. Constructed from 2 layers of Nomex® with a layer of Gore-Tex® sandwiched between them. Three (3) Layers, Knitted 100% ARAMID and GORETEX, Stretchy, Lightweight, Waterproof, Fire Resistant, Protects against Wind, Tab in Front for Positioning.  It provides Full Head Coverage and also Features a Long Bib (Dickie) for Neck Protection and  tucks in under shirt or jacket.
This hard-to-find GENUINE U.S. MILITARY ISSUE hood provides flash protection and is also a barrier to the elements. Its Windproof and Waterproof, yet is also Breathable for those hot and sweaty situations.
